Islamify Academy is an online platform dedicated to empowering women through Islamic education. As we are an ‘only women’ platform, we highly prioritize the privacy and safety of all our teachers, students, and staff. Hence, It is required that you go through all our terms and conditions, and act in accordance with them.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and aim to provide a safe and secure learning environment.

We kindly request that our students and teachers adhere to the following guidelines:

•  Do not share any personal information with the teacher(s) or student(s). This includes
  but is not limited to your home address, email, phone number, or social media accounts.
•  All communication should be conducted through the channels provided by Islamify.
•  Do not take screenshots or record any part of the lessons.
•  Lessons will only be conducted through Microsoft Teams or by the links provided by Islamify Academy team.

Our team will be monitoring all lessons to ensure quality and maintain a safe and secure environment. This includes verifying the identity of all students and teachers who participate in the lessons.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

•  If a student will be late or has to leave the lesson early, please notify Islamify Academy Team or the Teacher prior to the class.
• If a student is late continuously to lessons without a valid reason, they may be subject to consequences such as expulsion.
• If a student is late to lessons without prior notice, the teacher will not repeat any part of the lesson and the student will not be given any extra time.
• If a Student or Teacher is unable to attend a lesson, they must inform the Islamify Academy Team at least 3 hours before the lesson. The lessons will be rescheduled if there is a valid reason for absence.
• If a student misses a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled unless there was an emergency, such as sudden sickness or a death in the family.
• If a student misses three lessons without a notice and valid reason, they may be expelled from the program.

Please note that attendance is a crucial part of the learning process, and students who miss classes regularly may struggle to keep up with the program’s pace and may not receive the full benefits of the course.

DRESS CODE:

•  Teachers and Students should ensure that their outfit is modest and suitable for the Quran lessons.
•  It is mandatory for Teachers and Students to wear hijab.
•  Niqab is not allowed during lessons.
•  Bright lipsticks or make-up that looks unnatural is not allowed.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

● Students are required to make payment for the program within the first week after their registration.
● If payment is not made within the first week, classes may be paused until payment is received.
● Payment for lessons should be made between the 1st and 5th of each month.

At Islamify Academy, we are committed to providing quality Quranic education to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.

We offer discounts and free lessons to those who may not be able to afford our regular fees.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team to discuss the possibility of discounts or fee waivers.

REFUND POLICY:

 If you wish to stop your lessons at any time, we will refund you the remaining classes.

EVALUATION POLICY:

• After completing the memorization of each Juzz/chapter of the Holy Quran, and each tajweed book, students will undergo an evaluation to assess their understanding and progress. These evaluations will be conducted by the Islamify Academy team and are for the purpose of helping students improve their learning and retention.
• We hold annual online competitions for all students. While participation is not mandatory, we encourage all students to take part as it provides a fun and engaging way to test their knowledge and skills.
• To ensure transparency and fairness, all evaluations and competitions will be recorded by the Islamify Academy team. However, please be assured that these recordings will be used solely for the purpose of evaluation and will be discarded once the evaluation and competition process is complete.
• Students will be given monthly progress reports to help them keep track of their progress and identify areas where they can improve.
